These General Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales on the website.


General principle

Any purchase of products on the website constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the Buyer.

The General Conditions of Sale are accessible on the website but also during order confirmation. The Buyer can thus consult the General Conditions of Sale before clicking on the check box entitledI have read the general conditions of sale and accept them without reservation.

Confirmation and conclusion of the contract

Any purchase made successfully is the subject of a confirmation message to the Buyer and an order confirmation email.

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of order confirmation by the Seller which occurs after validation of the order and receipt of the sales price. In all cases, the sales price is due upon conclusion of the contract, that is to say upon confirmation of the order by the seller. The latter may withhold delivery until payment has been received. Exceptionally, the seller may, without waiving these general conditions, authorize deferred payment.

By placing an order, the Buyer declares to enjoy the exercise of civil rights.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer undertakes to provide valid address, email and telephone contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness data that he provides when registering on the Site. If applicable, the Customer must communicate to GREEN LIFE any modification of the data he has provided, by immediately updating his profile.

The Customer must indicate a valid email address to which all communications relating to the order will be sent. It is up to the Customer to maintain this address in force and to read the emails sent by GREEN LIFE. The Customer will also take care to configure – and regularly check – his “junk mail” box to ensure that no e-mail from GREEN LIFE appears there. Any communication made to the Customer by e-mail will be considered as received by the latter on the effective date and time of receipt, but no later than 24 hours after its sending by GREEN LIFE.

The Customer chooses, when registering, or is assigned, in the event of a reset, a password allowing him to place an order or use other functions of the Site. This password is strictly confidential. It must under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties. The Customer is solely responsible for the use, conservation and security level of his password, which he can modify at any time via the Site. He responds to any order placed, even without his knowledge, using his password. If the Customer knows or suspects that a third party has access to his password, he must notify us immediately.

There is a domiciliation restriction for placing an order for a product offered for sale on the website, only people residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can place an order on the website. Delivery costs are free in Switzerland. For any delivery to Liechtenstein, delivery costs are not included in the price and will be collected when ordering.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for the fact that ordered goods can no longer be delivered due to lack of available stock, additional supplies or production.

The Seller remains free to delete or modify the offer of the products offered, at its sole discretion and at any time.


The prices of the various products on the site are guaranteed net, including VAT, established in Swiss francs.

The prices indicated do not take into account any shipping costs, which are charged extra and vary depending on the country of destination.

Promo codes offered to customers individually or collectively cannot be combined with discounts on existing products.

Delivery costs for Switzerland are free and for Liechtenstein they are indicated in the order summary. Once the order has been validated, the price cannot be modified.

Items covered by a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with instructions for use or normal wear and tear.

Subject to the foregoing, the Seller is authorized to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the price of the goods offered.


Sending available items is made by post within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of full payment for the order, except in special cases.

IMPORTANT: Green Life® does not deliver its packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.


The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days after receipt of your package, date of the postage stamp showing faith. Any opened or damaged package will not be taken back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.


Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Twint, PostFinance (card), E-Finance (account), Bank transfer. Payments are made using servers made available and secured by GREEN LIFE’s partner financial institutes, so that no financial information concerning the Client passes through our servers.

The risk of a malfunction of the payment system is borne by the Customer, at the sole expense of GREENLIFE.





The condition of the delivered goods must be checked within 2 working days of receipt to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.


Compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and relevant legal standards for the collection, processing and use of personal data is guaranteed.

The data accumulated during the order process will only be used for internal purposes. Customers accept this use of their data with the ordering process. In addition, they always have the right to request information about the stored data and they can prohibit their use for internal marketing purposes.

To exercise these rights, the user will contact customer service at [email protected], providing proof of their identity with a copy of an identity document.


The Seller may modify these General Conditions of Sale. The version in force at the time of the order is binding on the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.


In the event of a dispute, the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis.

The applicable law is Swiss law and any dispute will be handled by the Geneva Civil Court located in Geneva.
